STEP 2011

STEP is a project which aims to link students with companies, skilled business men and women, which add value to them through mutual benefits, proceeding to achieve and spread two concepts; the internship and the Mentorship.

These two concepts are going to be implemented through three phases: Internship, Mentorship Networking Event(s), and International Internship.

Purposes

To provide internship vacancies in local companies for the students who are successfully passed the pre-last year of study in Damascus University.

To activate the role of business men and women as mentors for the fresh graduates and post-graduate students who are going to be employees or going to establish their own business.

To spread the concept of internship in Damascus University, and to drag the university officers attention to make this concept as one of the university demands.
