The project team of Training and Rehabilitation of people of special needs in Junior Chamber International - Damascus, arranged course called “Discover the Power Within You” for people with special needs. The course began on October 2nd, 2011 at Al-Mabarra organization. There were about two classes per week for two complete weeks.

The trainer, Maya Nahhas, who holds a Master’s Degree in Science of Energy, confirmed that the course had a great positive impact on all participating members. It improved their understanding of psychological and educational theories through the discussions and questions throughout the course.

The course focused on energy and human development through many different theories, including:
Science of Global Energy and Human Energy, Breathing Energy, Thinking Energy, Time Energy, Centers of Energy, Therapy through Energy, Psychotherapy, Human development, training on breathing and meditation to replace the negative with positive energy.

The trainees were applauded for taking in the benefits provided by these courses and through the project. The participating team submitted in new proposals and suggestions for the project.
